Butterfly HeartWelcome to my Blog and Website, my name is Joanna Moran or some may know me by my given spiritual name Guru Sahai Kaur.

My Journey as a Holistic therapist began after receiving Reflexology sessions recognising the profound effect on my own healing and well being I began reading about and then training in Reflexology 20 years ago, an eternal student I continue to develop my skillset and toolbox and have run a private practice working with clients of all ages since 1997.  My particular passion is with CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release(SER) I started training in 2001 and qualified CST-T with the Upledger Institute in 2005, continuing my advanced training with the Brain speaks and bio-aquatic programmes. Also being co and Lead therapist for Intensive programmes including Paediatrics in Ireland.

I have been practising Yoga for 20 years specifically Kundalini Yoga since 2001 and trained as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher at the first Irish training in 2005 . Since then I have continued to study with International Teachers in India, Europe and visiting teachers in Ireland. And am now part of the Teacher training team in Ireland, with Jai Kartar Kaur and lead trainers Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh. I have trained with Sat Santokh Singh of San Francisco in facilitating the Healing the wounds of Life program and have co-facilitated workshops within European Yoga Festival and Level 2 teacher trainings. And offer these workshops in Ireland.

I am developing my skills and deepening my meditation practice further since training in the Healing art of Kundalini Yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan of which i am a qualified Practitioner and continue to train with the master teachers in Ireland and in Europe, most recently attending the retreat with Guru Dev Singh in Perugia December 2012.

I offer one to one sessions, group classes and trainings and have a passion to share the tools of these technologies so that we all have the ability to move into our state of natural being. Healing the parts of our subconscious and consciousness that hold us back or mask our true identity.

What is Kundalini Yoga ?

Kundalini Yoga has been practised for thousands of years by people of countless religious faiths. Kundalini Yoga integrates all branches of the yogic discipline combining kriyas (physical exercises), pranayama (controlled breathing techniques), meditations and mantras (chanting) resulting in an extremely powerful and transformational experience.

Often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga addresses all aspects of the human being from the inside out. The discipline is a gateway to the union of individual consciousness with Infinite consciousness.
